Stamps on paper with even amounts of ink. The stamp is easy to orient before stamping. It comes with a plastic cover and locks into place when not in use to prevent the ink from drying out.

I love the stamp. I got exactly what I ordered, and it works nicely. My only complaint is that for a wooden stamp, it was quite pricey, and I had to take off the rubber stamp part and adjust it so that it would stamp correctly. It looked like it had been clumsily placed on the sticky part attaching it to the wooden base. Thank you!
