Great purchase very happy, the quality is awesome
This is my third stamp from Riley and it's a bit unfortunate that they allow a design to be shrunk in the mock up/approval process smaller than it should be if the design it to be understandable as a stamp (and you do not get to view/approve the actual stamp size). My design looked fine/understandable in the mock up, but just looks like a blob when it's stamped.
Really like the design (though I wish the search function for images was more consistent/logical) and customer service was really helpful in adjusting the spacing on the design option so that it better suited my needs. Great stamp that I am looking forward to using.
The owner was attentive to ensuring my stamp turned out as I had anticipated, even after I made a mishap with submitting the design.

The seller double checked with me because they were concerned that my design wouldn’t show up in detail on the stamp I ordered. I appreciate them double checking with me to ensure I got the best quality item. It would’ve been easier for them to just crank out the order without paying attention to detail, but I am so thankful that they aim to offer quality products instead!
