If there are issues with your submitted design, we will put it on hold and email you. Before an order goes to production, our team reviews the submitted design to make sure it is correct. If there are issues, we do our best to correct it on our own and send a proof for approval. If for some reason we can't fix the design, we'll email you. Please reply us promptly to avoid delay.
If there are no issues with your order, we will make the products within the time frames stated above. We will email you when we have shipped the order.
Rubber stamps are tested before they are shipped to you. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, however, damage may still occur during shipping. Once you receive your order be sure to inspect the product to ensure that it was not damaged. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please let us know and we will address it.
