We do not offer expedited, express, or rush shipping. Every order ships using our standard service.
If you have a deadline, the best approach is to order early so there is enough time for production and delivery. You can review current estimates on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Most orders need 1–3 business days to produce. Delivery time after that depends on your region and the shipping carrier for your area.
Destinations farther from our production facilities, and any international customs processing, can add a little more time in transit.
For the production and delivery estimate to your area, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
If your order has not gone to production yet, we can usually update the design or add text. Reach out as soon as possible so we can catch it in time.
Once an order is in production we may not be able to change it. Before anything is produced, our team reviews every submitted design and emails you if there is a problem, so keep an eye on your inbox.
To request a change, contact us with your order number and what you would like adjusted.
We email you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it yet, your order is most likely still in production.
You can also look up your order any time from the Order Status link in the site footer. If you ordered through Etsy, your status and tracking are available in your Etsy account.
If something looks wrong with your order, contact us and we will check on it for you.
Because our products are personalized for you, we handle returns case by case. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right with a remake, replacement, or refund.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know promptly if anything is wrong. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.

A faint impression on a new self-inking stamp usually means the ink needs to settle. Leave the stamp resting face-down on its base for a few hours so the pad re-saturates, then try again on flat paper using firm, even pressure.
Stamp on a hard, flat surface and avoid rocking the stamp. If impressions stay light over time, the pad may need a few drops of matching refill ink.
If it still does not improve, contact us and we will help.
